More them 1 year experience with Help-Desk service.
Experience with Microsoft environment.
Knowledge of PC and Laptops hardware .
Global Internet Experience.
Experience with domain environment.
MCSA /MCSE desirable.
Basis Network experience.
interpersonal relationship.
Know to work under pressure.
Basis Phone system experience.
